Subject: National Security Personnel System
Dear Mr. Bunn,
I wish to comment about NSPS. I have been working in an industrial environment (building heavy combat vehicles) at Anniston Army Depot for many years. I have breathed diesel fumes, suffered back problems and lost a good portion of my hearing in doing so. A large percentage of my co-workers have similar problems as the average age of disassembling and reassembling Abrahm’s Tanks is 48+
My heart and mind is dedicated and patriotic at it ever was, but my body cannot compete with my younger co-workers as “Pay for Performance” dictates.
This is a bad regulation as it punishes us “over 40” crown and is very disrespectful to those of us who have sacrificed our health on behalf of our soldiers in the fight and his great country.
Thank you
